The COVID-19 lockdown has made it difficult for anyone to maintain their usual workout routine. For professional cricketers, who need to be ready to go should play resume, it is even harder to maintain their athlete-level fitness without the usual loop of matches, fitness drills, net practice and various other forms of exercise. - The PCB push up challenge
The PCB push up challenge has turned out to be a bit hit with fans of Pakistan cricket team. Famous players including Imam-ul-Haq, Sarfraz Ahmed, Wahab Riaz, Azhar Ali, and Hassan Ali have participated in the challenge and nominated their teammates to do the same.
