Introducing our brand new for 2023/24 profile, the Storm. By combining the best attributes of two of our most popular Short Handles, the ORCA and PROX, we have been able to design a truly unique, new shape for our customers ahead of the new season.
So what’s different about the Storm?
We have taken the shorter blade setup of the PROX and combined it with the higher swell of the ORCA to produce a versatile option for all cricketers.
It features a semi-oval, 4 piece handle, a 106mm playing surface to leave the edges as big as practicably possible ensuring that the playing surface is peaking at its best & to achieve the weights our customers desire without compromising on the integral moisture content and structural properties of the natural raw material.
Players Grade 1 willow selected for its performance and looks. Bats made with Grade One willow usually feature at least six visible grains on the face, and the grains are straight. You may find some red wood on the blade and there might be the odd knot or speck on the edge of the blade, but the playing surface should be clean.
