We hope that you are delighted with your order. We realise that choosing cricket bats online may be challenging, however we hope to make the process as easy as possible.
How to Return a Product (UK)
Upon receipt of your order, if you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the goods to us for a full refund. The product must be unused and not damaged in any way. The return of the goods will be your responsibility as the consumer to arrange; you will need to first notify us via info@worldclasswillow.com that you wish to return your order.
Returns Address: Customer Returns, World Class Willow Ltd, Unit 9 Suprema Business Estate, Edington, Somerset, TA7 9BF. Please include the name and address of the sender.
On receipt of the goods, the goods will be inspected within 24 hours and a full refund to your payment method will be completed.
How to Return a Product (International)
Unfortunately, at this current moment, WCW are not able to accept product returns from countries outside of the United Kingdom.
Faulty Goods
Upon receipt of your order, if you receive a product you deem to be fault, please contact us at info@worldclasswillow.com with images of the fault. We will then review this and arrange for your goods to be collected by our own courier on a day that suits you. When the goods have been received we will inspect them and determine whether there is a fault; if no fault is found they will be returned to back to you, but a redelivery cost of £9.99 (incl VAT) will be added. If we do find a fault, we will offer you a full refund or replacement if the stock allows.
